I’m a full time professional with a passion for health, fitness and strength training.  My own weight loss journey in my 20’s inspired me to complete my personal training certification and further my education in this space.  While I still work in account management, taking over this established personal and group training studio and helping people achieve their own goals is what I love doing.

I’ve seen firsthand how building strength can improve not just your fitness, but your energy, confidence, and quality of life.  My goal is to have the right team to support our members strength and fitness goals.

My approach is simple, keep training effective, sustainable, and encouraging, so you can feel strong, move well, and enjoy the process.  .

JEREMY

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

Jeremy is a highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach in high-performance settings, group classes and 1:1 ,2:1 PT.  He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Science. He leverages his academic background and real-world experience to lead high-performance teams in men’s and women's football at community to semi-elite levels.

​He also has extensive experience training people across a wide age range, particularly the 40-70+ year-old range in the Bayside area.  With his history of coaching young athletes and older demographics, he has all your needs covered.

Jeremy has a strong attention to detail, maintains high standards in and out of the gym and practices what he preaches by training consistently himself.  His overarching ethos is helping all individuals, no matter their level of experience, to feel comfortable in the gym by arming them with the tools to approach their lifting journey with confidence and purpose.

CAIO

PERSONAL/GROUP TRAINING COACH

Hi, I’m Caio! I'm originally from Brazil, and I’ve been working as a personal trainer for over seven years across London, Switzerland, and now Melbourne. Along the way I’ve coached in big health clubs, boutique studios, and with private clients, helping people of all ages feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. My approach blends functional training, low-impact movements, and mobility work to help clients get sustainable results. I also place a strong focus on correcting technique and meeting people where they’re at in their fitness journey, so training feels safe, effective, and achievable.

 Outside the gym, I’m a dad to two energetic boys, which definitely keeps me moving. I also love martial arts, travelling, and free diving whenever I get the chance. For me, fitness isn’t just about the workouts, it’s about building strength that carry into every part of life, and that’s the mindset I bring into both group sessions and personal training.
