MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We have flexible options to suit different needs — from one-on-one personal training, to semi-private coaching and engaging small group sessions. Each option gives you structured support, individualised coaching and the accountability needed to see measurable progress.
Because every member’s journey is different, membership investment varies depending on your training frequency, format and commitment. We’d love to help you find the best fit for your goals.
GROUP
STRENGTH: A full body strength session focused on movement quality, progression and functional strength for real life.
ENERGISE : A conditioning based session combining cardio, resistance and core training in a variety of circuit and interval formats.
HYBRID: This combines our Strength and Energise sessions into one workout for an end of week challenge.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training sessions are available for one on one or two on one sessions. These sessions suit people who have specific goals or want a more tailored program and experience.
We also offer personal training sessions for those who are not quite ready for group training. This allows us to work with individuals to assess their movement and build a base program to prepare them for the group training sessions.
COMBINED
Our combined membership includes a mix of group training and personal training. This combined membership is personally tailored to the individual’s.
